APPSC DEO Recruitment 2024 Educational Qualification
The candidate should possess the prescribed academic qualification as on the date of this notification. The date of this notification shall be the crucial date for calculating the experience including the practical experience. In respect of other than prescribed Educational Qualifications, claiming equivalence, the decision of the concerned department (Unit Officer) shall be final.
- A first or Second class Post Graduate Degree in any one of the subjects suitable for admission in to B.Ed. course
APPSC DEO Recruitment Selection Process
There will be two stages in the selection process for the post of deputy educational officer. First, on April 13, 2024, there will be a Screening Test. Those who score higher than 200 times the total number of openings will be shortlisted for the Main Examination. The ultimate selection will be made based on merit in the Main Examination, a computer-based test (CBT). Minimum qualifying scores are required, which differ according on the category. Women, SCs, STs, Backward Classes, Economically Weaker Sections, and Backward Classes are given preference.
APPSC DEO Recruitment Application Fees
The application processing fee is Rs. 250/- (Rupees two hundred and fifty only), and the examination fee is Rs. 120/- (Rupees one hundred twenty only).
i) The Fee mentioned in the above paragraph is to be paid online using payment gateway using Net Banking/ Credit card / Debit Card. The list of Banks providing service for the purpose of online remittance of fee will be available on the website.
ii) The fee once remitted shall not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances. Failure to pay the examination fee and application fee (in non-exempt case) will entail total rejection of application.
iii) IPOs / Demand Drafts are not accepted.
iv) In case of corrections Rs.100/- per correction will be charged. However changes are not allowed for Name, Fee and age relaxation.
