Salary Details

After being chosen for the Head Master position, applicants who pass the Bihar Head Master test in 2024 will receive a respectable remuneration. The candidates will receive a remuneration of Rs. 35,000/-per month.

Age Limits

The minimum age of the candidates should be 31 years and the maximum age of the candidates should not exceed 47 years.

BPSC Head Master Recruitment Selection Process

The selection process for BPSC Head Master posts includes one stage of recruitment test i.e. written exam. Based on the candidate’s performance in the written exam, the final merit list will be prepared. Candidates who fall under the merit list will be appointed for headmaster posts in higher secondary schools, in Bihar

  • The written exam will consist of objective type multiple choice questions.
  • The written exam will be divided into 02 parts. Part 1 is for General Knowledge and part 2 questions asked from B.Ed Subjects.
  • A total of 150 questions will be asked for a total of 150 marks.
  • There is no negative marking for wrong answers

Educational Qualification

  • The applicant should be a citizen of India and a resident of Bihar State.
  • Candidate should have completed Graduation with a minimum of 50% of marks and completed B.Ed of B.A.Ed., or B.Sc., Ed from a recognized University.
  • Applicant should have completed the Teachers Eligibility Test.
