South East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment Age Limits
The candidates should have completed 15 years of age and should NOT have completed 24 years of age as on 02.04.2024. * The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC, 10 years for Ex-Servicemen and PWBD.
- Minimum Age – 15 Years
- Maximum Age – 24 Years
South East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment Stipend
Selected candidates will be engaged as apprentices and they will undergo apprenticeship training for a period 1 Year for each trade. They will be paid stipend during their training as per the rules of Railway Board. Their training will be terminated after the completion of their apprenticeship.
South East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment Selection Process
South East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment: Taking the average of the % age marks obtained by the candidates in both Matriculation [with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks] and ITI examination giving equal weight age to both (Railway Establishment Rule 201/ 2017).
South East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment : Selected candidates may be advised to bring medical certificate at the time of document verification in the prescribed Performa as per Apprenticeship act 1961 and Para 4 of the apprenticeship Rule 1992(As amended from time to time). The Medical certificate should be signed by Government authorized Doctor (GAZ). Not below the rank Asstt. Surgeon of Central/State Hospital.

South East Central Railway Apprentice Recruitment Educational Qualification
a) Must have passed 10’” class examination under 10+2 system of education or its equivalent with minimum 50% (aggregate) marks.
b) Must have passed I.T.I course in relevant trade from a Recognized Institution.
